TrovexiCore is a financial technology firm focused on a single, ambitious objective: to deliver AI-driven crypto trading to Canadian retail investors at the calibre normally reserved for institutional clients. Anyone with C$25,000 or more in starting capital can access the same arbitrage and algorithmic execution stack used by professional desks — without the trading expertise, the manual screen-time, or the gatekeeping fees that ordinarily accompany such tools.
The conviction behind this work is straightforward: a salaried professional in Pune, a family-business owner in Jaipur, and a student in Toronto deserve the same execution speed, the same market data feeds, and the same risk-management discipline that flow through a Toronto-based hedge fund. TrovexiCore provides that infrastructure — routing, latency, INR settlement — while the investor retains complete custody of their capital, held within their own connected exchange accounts and withdrawable to a linked Canadian bank at any moment.
A point we draw with deliberate clarity: TrovexiCore positions itself strictly as a technology provider. It is not a financial advisor. No specific trade is ever recommended, and at no stage are customer funds held by us. The algorithm operates entirely inside the user's own connected exchange environment.
Our intent
We treat editorial discipline as part of the product. Every claim presented on these pages — performance figures, user testimonials, regulatory references — is reviewed by the compliance function before it is permitted to go live.
- Claim review. Performance figures are derived from platform-wide aggregate data; isolated, cherry-picked single-user outcomes are excluded.
- Verified testimonials. All testimonials originate from KYC-compliant Canadian users. We neither purchase reviews nor offer compensation in exchange for them.
- Attribution. Every published item carries a named team member who has owned its preparation and review.
- Corrections. Should an error appear, the page is updated promptly and the modification date is amended to reflect the correction.

Dominic holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and spent fifteen years as a portfolio strategist at a major Canadian chartered bank. He founded TrovexiCore to bring FINTRAC-compliant algorithmic trading to retail Canadians at an accessible price point.
Priya Nambiar
Chief Technology Officer
Priya earned her M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and has architected high-frequency trading systems for North American exchanges. At TrovexiCore she leads the real-time AI engine that monitors Bitbuy, Newton, Wealthsimple Crypto, Coinbase, and Kraken simultaneously.

Renée holds an LL.M. in Financial Regulation from McGill University and previously led AML policy for a federally regulated Canadian trust company. She ensures TrovexiCore adheres rigorously to PIPEDA privacy standards, FINTRAC reporting obligations, and CRA Section 38(a) capital gains guidelines.
Sebastian Kwon
Head of Quantitative Research
Sebastian completed his Ph.D. in Mathematical Finance at UBC and spent six years building quantitative arbitrage models for a Vancouver-based hedge fund. At TrovexiCore he designs and back-tests the spread-capture algorithms that drive consistent returns for Canadian retail clients.
Regulatory & operational integrity
TrovexiCore operates wholly within India's regulatory architecture covering digital assets, data protection, and anti-money-laundering:
- PIPEDA 2023 — TrovexiCore is a registered Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act of India. The complete schedule of user rights is set out in our Privacy Policy.
- CRA Section 38(a) (Income-tax Act) — the statutory 30% capital-gains tax on Virtual Digital Assets is computed and disclosed automatically upon every realised trade.
- T1 capital gains schedule (Income-tax Act) — the prescribed 1% TDS on each crypto transfer is withheld at source on the user's behalf.
- PMLA / FINTRAC — KYC is mandated at onboarding, and suspicious-activity reports are submitted to the Financial Intelligence Unit whenever statutory triggers are met.
- ISO 27001 — accreditation of the Information Security Management System is presently in progress.
